Use the form on this page or email reception. Attach any radiographs, periodontal charting or photos you have; it saves your patient repeat X-rays.
We Book Your Patient In
Reception lets you know the referral has arrived, then phones the patient to arrange a consultation with Dr Sharma.
You Get the Plan
After the consultation and any CT or iTero scan, Dr Sharma writes to you with his findings, the options discussed and what the patient chose.
Your Patient Comes Back
When treatment is finished, a closing letter sums up what was done and what maintenance we'd suggest, and the patient goes back to you.

Who Treats Your Patient
Implant, full-arch and Invisalign referrals go to Dr Nikhil Sharma, our Principal Dentist. He sees the patient at consultation, plans the case and carries out the treatment himself.
Scans for Your Own Planning
If you place implants or provide aligners yourself, you can refer for imaging alone.

Patients: No Letter Needed
If you're a patient reading this, you can book an implant, All-on-4 or Invisalign consultation with us yourself. You don't need your dentist's permission, and you can stay registered with them for dental examinations.
Scans are the only exception. The rules on X-ray exposure mean a clinician must decide a CT scan is justified, so either your own dentist refers you for one, or Dr Sharma decides at your consultation.
